If Social Enterprises LLC is unable to complete a service due to circumstances beyond correction (including EIN or ITIN rejection not attributable to client error), a refund of up to 25% of the service fee may be issued.
Once a service has been successfully completed (e.g., an EIN is issued), no refunds will be provided.
If you cancel immediately after placing an order, a 25% refund of the service fee may be issued.
Errors caused by incorrect client-provided information will be addressed once at no additional charge. If further errors occur, the refund policy described above applies.
For IRS Reference 101 cases, Social Enterprises LLC may assist with manual processing. Processing times may extend to 7–10 business days. If the application cannot be completed, a partial refund (less administrative fees) may be issued.
Privacy
Your use of the Website is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
You acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure, and information submitted through the Website may be intercepted despite security measures.
